What is a short code?
Short codes are numbers specifically meant for SMS service. SMSMEON.com uses 56070 as its short code to send and receive messages. Sending sms to a short code is just like sending sms to a phone number. As short codes are specifically meant for SMS service, you can't call on a short code. Standard VAS charges are applicable for sending messages to short codes

I have forgotten my password?
Click on the "forgot password" in the sign-in panel. Then enter your Keyword and mobile number, we'll send you a new password.
I haven't received the password after registration?
You will receive the password within a few minutes after registration. In case you don't receive the password, please mail us at support@smsmeon.com along with your mobile number and the details provided by you while submitting the registration form
How do I track responses?
We give you an exhaustive MIS - login and click on
MIS to see the responses.
How do I update my mobile number in case of change of number?
It's easy. Login and click on settings. Enter your new mobile number: we will reset your password and send it to your phone via sms.
Can I use the same phone number on multiple accounts?
Oops! That won't be possible: one mobile number can get only one keyword.

Currently SMSMEON is available only in India. As sending and receiving SMSes through SMSMEON can only be done through Indian mobile numbers.
