Now that you have a Keyword on 56070, let us help you get started and make you get the most out of it:
Step 1 : Login and go to Inbox, click on current status – you will see a mobile screen. The text you enter here will be the response message for everyone who texts your Keyword to 56070.
Generally enterprises write “Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you soon.” You can keep changing this response message for different campaigns if needed.
Step 2 : Similarly, by clicking on the Sub-keywords you can create response messages for your Sub-keywords.
Ex: Your Keyword [space] contact: here you can enter essential contact information like head office number, branch office number, email etc…
You can also temporarily deactivate these Keywords by switching them off.
Step 3 : Create your own Sub-keywords: We give you 25 personalized Sub-keywords, use your creativity to make the most of these.
Click on “add more Sub-keywords” choose a name for this Sub-keyword and set a response message for this too, you’re done.
You can also delete these personalized Sub-keywords.
Step 4 : Click on MIS – here you see a detailed report on the responses your Keyword and Sub-keywords get. For main Keyword and all Sub-keywords, you get the following information:
- Mobile number
- Response to which Keyword / Sub-keyword
- Date & time
- Operator circle (broad indicator of user’s location)
This information can be downloaded to your desktop in csv format.
Company profile – Enter your company profile, this helps us communicate features relevant to your business.
Settings – Here you can reset your password and change mobile number for your account.
